Tim was very professional when giving the estimate and offered a couple of options with no pressure to decide right away. When I followed up to request a written estimate for my insurance company, he quickly provided one. Upon drop off of my vehicle for repair, Tim even came out of his office to assist me as the receptionist was busy getting her coffee. The repair looks fantastic, totally undetectable and done ahead of when promised. Excellent workmanship, professional service and a positive atmosphere made for a very satisfying experience.
