Didn't Finish The Job And The Car Still Needs To Go To Another Shop That Will And Can Complete The Job And Finish The Repairs. Never In My Life Have I EVER Seen A Shop So Dead Set On Cutting Corners To Not Do The FULL SERVICE REPAIR THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE!!! I WILL NEVER BRING A VEHICLE BACK TO THIS SHOP, IT'S NOTHING SHORT OF A JOKE!!!! LIVE AND LEARN

Dan and the team did a fabulous job from start to finish. Dan was so kind and started the work right away. He also lent me a car to use. I was surprised at how fast the work was completed (in our COVID world). My car was washed and vacuumed and looks good as new. I can't thank you enough. I am telling all of my friends how wonderful Hagen Ford was.

I am 83 years old and had not had an accident in over 50 years. So, when it all happened I was very upset. Of course. When I spoke with Kate in your Repair Dept. she was so very kind and patient. Reassuring me, explaining what I needed to do and I calmed down after speaking with her. All the rest of my working with your place went so very smoothly and the phone calls, etc., my trying to get a Loaner Car - were handled professionally and patiently. Over all work good, Customer service …..clerk in body shop awesome Now here is my issue. My truck needed an oil change and I just wanted to see if you would reach out and be like hey while we have it how about we do that (of course I am Paying) One of the recalls wasn’t cover cause I am over miles for it, but no offer to fix it if it needed it. Mom phone call no price check nothing. And then don’t even tell me what the recall was that was t cover so I have no idea
