I didn’t like the way I was talk to like I was stupid and didn’t know what the problem was .. I knew what the problem was just wanted Ford to take care of it !! As far as the work that was done on the vehicles .. they did a good job ..

My car is looking great again. They also did a great job washing it and giving it a nice shine. They communicated with my insurance for me and I did nothing other than drop the car off for repair and pick it up when it was done.

My worst experience in getting body work done. Had to take my vehicle back 3 times and it is still not fixed correctly. Will be taking to another shop to get fixed correctly. They literally told me it still is not right but it is the best they are going to do because they don’t want to take it apart anymore. Will not be taking any vehicles back again and I hope no one else does.

Hit a deer, got it ‘fixed’ by Hagen. Car was ‘ready’ Thursday, picked it up following Monday with missing trim, gunk on the door handles, interior temp gauge not working, bumper not fully attached/correctly installed, deer fur still in rim, despite claim to deflate tire and clean it out, some visible damage to door sill still…currently waiting on the solution.
