I recently had the pleasure of working with Garner collision, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their level of customer service, communication, and efficiency. From the moment I contacted them about my car accident, their team was incredibly responsive and attentive. They were able to schedule an appointment for me to bring in my car for an estimate within a few days, which was much sooner than I had expected. During the estimate appointment, their staff took the time to thoroughly examine my car and explain the repairs that would be necessary. They also provided me with a detailed breakdown of the cost and timeline for the repairs, which was very helpful. Throughout the entire repair process, Garner collision maintained excellent communication with me. They provided frequent updates on the status of my car, including photos of the progress, and were always available to answer any questions I had. To top it all off, Garner collision completed the repairs earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new - they did an incredible job! Overall, I highly recommend Garner collision for anyone in need of auto collision repair.
