My Experience

I am very happy with my car overall. The damage that was done is repaired, my car is very clean, communication was great. Although my complaint is my air compressor I have mounted in my car. It was taken apart and not put back together properly. It is missing screws and nuts to its mount and now is not mounted correctly. It is causing it clunk around in the trunk and damage itself due to it not being mounted. I will be completely satisfied if it can be properly remounted. It also appears an OEM bolt placement that hold the bracket was changed with an another bolt that does not hold it at all. It is just a little frustrating because of the time I spent wiring and mounting it myself to make it look professional to have it come back to me broke. I understand this will hopefully be a simple fix and hope we can get it resolved together soon.

They genuinely care about the person driving the car and their experience. I had a minor problem after my repair and they did not judge me for my frustration and provided me with a quick fix and even went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. I really appreciate the people and their patience and support.

Excellent customer service. Corey was super to deal with and very helpful in explaining the process. Angela at front desk was also great and helpful. The bodywork done was very professional, I will continue to do business with this shop for all of my auto paint and bodywork in the future. Thanks to everyone at the shop for a pleasant experience.

My Experience

C&H Body Shop did a great job repairing my 2019 Toyota Corolla. Their team communicated with me the entire process and the car was finished well before the expected date. This is by far the best experience I’ve had with a body shop and absolutely cannot recommend them enough.
