This is the first time I have not had a good experience with Wren's.

Repair Quality

I went to pick up my vehicle and as soon as I drove it off the lot, I noticed it was pulling strongly to the left. I got on a straightaway and let go of the steering wheel and the car immediately went all the way across to other lane. I drove it right back to the shop. Two gentlemen test drove it and came back, confirming it was definitely pulling to the left. I am glad they owned the mistake and are taking care of it...disappointed it didn't get done the first time. I told everyone that I talked to, to make sure they checked the left side as well and the alignment because she pushed the left side of my car up over a median. I knew there would be damage. My main concern is I am only approved for my rental vehicle through August 8, which is quickly approaching. My date of completion has been pushed back so many times, I am now afraid that I may not have a vehicle to drive come August 8th. I have always had a good experience with Wren's and that's why I chose Wren's to service the repairs. I am hoping you all make sure that I will be taken care of.
