Perfect! Customer service was excellent! Josh walked me thru my claim notification. Very knowledgeable. Kept me updated by text concerning my vehicle time schedule. Very easy to work with, extremely nice and professional staff. Explained complete process and gave updates as needed. Was able to call with questions as needed, staff provided reassurance that everything was on schedule. My vehicle was delivered back to my home as I was out of town when work was completed. Still waiting to inspect the work when I returned home later this week.

They took care of the damage. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the situation. It was a no worry situation. The car looked as if nothing ever happened. The gaps between the quarter panel hood and door were all perfect. Recommend anyone to go there

Second time with them during 2026. Just like the previous trip all personnel were respectful, professional, polite, and they definitely knew the ins/outs of their positions, and the overall process. Wasn’t a bit of hesitation about who to call for these repairs. I hope I never have to again, but I most definitely will go back if repairs are ever needed again
