The communication was not good at all. I was given a 9 day turn around time by my insurance adjuster and that 9 days turned into a month and a half. Any updates I got about the service was because I called. I feel as though when you have someone’s car that long, courtesy calls should be given to keep the customer assured and less worried. Every time I called, the answer was “We don’t know when it will be done” and that’s VERY frustrating.
