Everything about my experience was excellent. The only thing I'm disappointed about is partly due to my own fussiness about my car and would probably not be an issue for most customers. Once I got home and had the chance to inspect the repair more closely I notice the front fascia and headlight covers did not fit as well as they did before. If this is the best possible fit after repairing the damage then I can live with it, but it seems like some of the parts may be out of adjustment relative to each other? Sorry to be a pain about this, other than this part fit issue everything else looks great!

Despite my very critical comments, Overall I'm still very satisfied, especially in comparison with experiences I have had with other collision repair shops I have had over the years. Garry's is by far the best collision shop repair experience I have ever had - sorry I'm so critical! I really don't think anyone at Garry's was doing anything other than their best work. Any other car I have owned I would not be so critical about, its just that I treat this particular car as a collectors item so I have very high standards and expectations for its appearance and the precision fit of all the parts to appear the way it did when it was new (if not better whenever possible).

The paint color match and quality of the paintwork are excellent and I would rate a 10. My issue is with the fit of the assembled parts. The front fascia is mis-aligned relative to the front fenders, and the pop-up headlight covers are mis-aligned relative to the hood. I was expecting the parts to fit the way they did before the repair.

Based on email communication with Jacqueline I was expecting my front fascia (bumper) to be replaced with a Mazda OEM replacement part , but when I picked the car up I was told the bumper was repaired instead of replaced. Now because of my issues with the fit of bumper to the fenders, I'm concerned the part fit issues are a result of repairing rather than replacing fascia. I would have appreciated better communication about the decision to repair rather than replace the bumper.
