I've had a number of my cars repaired at Garry's before and have always received great service. While the quality of work was still great this time, the service level could have been a little better. I had to follow up a number of times to check the status of my car and it took longer than I had expected for the repair. There was also an additional part involved which was very expensive - I didn't get any communication back after the office searched for a less expensive part and hoped for a slight price concession at the end but didn't receive anything
