I had a family emergency. Getting the vehicle repaired was added stress. Jaqueline was great. Handled everything for me. Cleaning the inside of my vehicle was unexpected and really made my day.

Garry's is the best for Body shop fixing. I am really impressed with their work. This is the second time we used them and they are professional. They have also lowered the amount of time the car is in the shop. Last time it was about 1 month and this time about 2 weeks. They were able to get the car back to me before my rental agreement ended.

All work is good but there are two problems: First, is a glitch with the active safety features that require the proper operation of the front camera. It was replaced and recalibrated but something was not done correctly (frt camera calibration?). As a result, two key safety systems are not operational. 1) my Lane Keeping Assist feature is not operating property & 2) the Automatic Braking Warning system is not working either. John took a demo ride with me to assess & verify the above problems, and says he will do what it takes to correct these safety-related problems. John is valuable asset to Garrys. He both very technically knowledgeable and has great customer interface skills/demeanor. He listens to customers' justifiable complaints/problms. He reassured me that he will fix these problems. Also, after the driver front door replacement/repair, there is a new/annoying windnoise in the upper door-to-body A-pillar/Roof Rail/Header seal area. John witll ride and evaluate it for remedial action. Finally, the battery on my vehicle must have been rundown and needed to be jumped/charged (doors open and/or lights left on(?). Resulting in the loss of a myriad of its memory presets, requiring they be reentered -- a royal hassle. There is an easy remedy: this dead battery situation by putting a battery charger on the vehicle before work starts and kept charging until repairs are completed. Deep charge cycling a battery damages by prematurely aging it.
