Don and Holly were great to work with at Gary Auto. Extremely warm and welcoming and very knowledgeable about not only the actual repair but all aspects surrounding it. My car looked better than the day I bought it after having been at their shop for a couple weeks, I was pumped! As wonderful as they are I hope to never have to see them again (cause accidents are annoying) but should I need body work again or decide to modify my car I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them! My car even smelled new inside after. Fantastic experience thank you both!

My only feedback/suggestion is if you give your customers a day notice on when the car is going to be ready. I was called a few hours prior and as a working mom I can’t always step away and with you closing at 4pm that doesn’t always make it possible for me to drop everything and get over to get my car. Again just a suggestion, you always have exceptional customer service.
