The repair went really well to the point where I cannot tell there was damage. However a separate piece was broken and I wasn’t told until I went to pick up my car and saw that a piece was missing. They did have it ordered and were very apologetic which k appreciated.

Don Soper and his team are a pleasure to work with. They are genuinely concerned about delivering a perfect repair job. They show high attention to details. They are kind and very personable. John , a repair specialist, personally followed up on some details. One rarely sees this level of engagement and concern these days, but Gary Auto Body exhibits it every time we worked with them.
