When I picked my vehicle up, I was highly satisfied. However after just a few days the repaired area around the headlamp began to separate and now I am having to once again coordinate with the repair shop, insurance and rental companies to get this repaired.

I was never informed of any progress- I was never told that I was getting used wheels to replace the damaged ones- there was no communication outside of text updates which were very vague and provided no detail other than in progress or complete.

Everything was not done and ready like I was told on the phone and still had to wait for some things to be done before I actually got it back. The driver side wiper still leaves a bad streak on the windshield. I don’t think it was replaced like I had asked.
