I was never informed of any progress- I was never told that I was getting used wheels to replace the damaged ones- there was no communication outside of text updates which were very vague and provided no detail other than in progress or complete.

Everything was not done and ready like I was told on the phone and still had to wait for some things to be done before I actually got it back. The driver side wiper still leaves a bad streak on the windshield. I don’t think it was replaced like I had asked.

It took from the Thursday before Memorial Day to July 1 to get the part replaced. When vehicle was actually repaired, it went very fast.

Took forever to get this job done ie get the insurance company to act, then get it in to have part installed. David and gal that wrote up claim were very pleasant and as accommodating as they could be w/short staff and getting part.
