It took from the Thursday before Memorial Day to July 1 to get the part replaced. When vehicle was actually repaired, it went very fast.

Took forever to get this job done ie get the insurance company to act, then get it in to have part installed. David and gal that wrote up claim were very pleasant and as accommodating as they could be w/short staff and getting part.

I loved the organized way the repair was scheduled and handled, including the updates received throughout the process. I appreciated the valet assistance in getting to my alternative vehicles parked just up the road, as well. The repair results were great and we would gladly use this body shop again. Thank you!

When we picked up the vehicle, there was paint on one of the tires. It took a half hour to get someone to clean it and we weren't treated well.
