Left old headlight in...now I have to purchase new one to match and will have to pay for someone to replace it when it could have been done while the vehicle was apart.

Calling was fine and the person answering the phones always friendly And helpful but it was the the person in charge of fixing my vehicle lied about its progress for 3 weeks so that aspect of customer service was why I rated a 4
