The repair took longer than expected. Communication was sometimes hard. I asked for the tire pressure monitor sensor warning to be addressed and it’s still on. The wheel panel protectors are different colors (3 are gray and 1 is black). So no, not completely satisfied.

I commented on this on your previous survey question. Communication was sometimes hard - I had to make multiple phone calls to get an update, the truck was not completed when were told it would be causing a lot of issues with plans that had been made, the wheel well covers are not the same color and the tire pressure monitor alert was not addressed.

There were a lot of minor things tha could have been easily fixed and make that vehicle look nice. For the amount of money that you charged the insurance company and the $500 deductible that you would NOT waiver, I believe you could have done a better service job. I am sorry, but it is this customer's opinion. I know yours differs from mine....of course.....you only provide minimal service, anything little above and beyond, you could care less!!!!

My backup camara don’t work When I drop off my car was working . Apparently when you fix the bumper damage the camera . One side of my car look like you put a liquid and take the glossy paint . You fix the door but the door handle don’t paint.

Not only did they fix the damages on my car but they cleaned and waxed the outside of it and cleaned my floor mats. Very impressed

Most of the car looked great however theres still a dent in the driver side of my hood. And it's extremely noticeable as well. Not something that should have been easy to miss
