My car was in an accident and required a bit of cosmetic work. My car was in the shop beyond the time I was originally given for work to be completed. There was no communication from the shop when there was a delay unless my husband or myself called. Upon paying my copay there were issues with the work completed and I got a nice run around from the girl in the office who had an overall nasty attitude. My grill was installed broken in several spots, rust on the chrome pieces, deep gouges in the paint of my fenders, noticeable gap in the hood that was replaced, glue dripped down my door as well as deep gouges in the shell of the door. Then as icing on the cake they billed my insurance to reorder parts that were installed broken. Now my car gets to go in for another 2-4 days for repair on the previous work.

Great interaction with the gentlemen in the body shop who came to view the issues with the work that was completed. Otherwise, not happy with the communication of other staff.

This place was amazing from the time I called and spoke with Brandy before I came for a estimate I knew I was going to go to Gary's customer service was phenomenal, very pleasant and professional and my car looks amazing ... I will recommend anyone I know to take there vehicle here .. ;)
