I know the body shop is capable of good work… I picked gates to get my vehicle fixed, but dealing with Devin made my experience miserable

Left some residue from circling places that needed dent repair. Can still see after multiple washes and paint correction. Very minor but noticeable.

1 because my truck sat for three weeks without being touched at the body shop. The day before I was supposed to get my truck back I was told it would be another week and 1/2 . Devin was at fault. He never once communicated to me.. he would say he he would do certain things and never do them… he definitely does not need to be in this profession… once Ray took over things went very smoothly. I’m putting 1 so this situation will hopefully be handled

The front desk lady wasn't helpful & didn't know anything about anything. When I asked about my car she said the guy your working with is on lunch.... that was just one example.
