The door that was replaced didn't lock with key fob. He'd to do it manually. I called to speak to someone to find out if can drop off before hand and no one called me back. So had a hard time looking for a ride to work.

We had to wait a whole month to get vehicle approved by the claims department because someone at Gates didn't lock the estimated cost of repairs. Allstate Insurance was calling me & asking if I was going with the other insurer, declining the claim, or if I changed my mind of using Gates. Vic helped be going through all the paperwork.

Had an appointment so dropped my truck off however it was not brought in to be worked on for a whole week. I’m sure it’s busy but then have me drop it off the following week. Also, have to bring it back, not done completely because the pinstripes weren’t ordered and in.
