Had an appointment so dropped my truck off however it was not brought in to be worked on for a whole week. I’m sure it’s busy but then have me drop it off the following week. Also, have to bring it back, not done completely because the pinstripes weren’t ordered and in.

I don’t know right now. Shop has been good in the past and I want to like them but I have a car that’s not right and I feel this should have been found especially since I told them when I originally dropped it off that something was weird about the way it was driving when I drove it to their shop (I described how it was twisting or jumping out)

I think six week is a long time & I feel that my car sat for awhile. I would receive texts saying my vehicle was mote than 50 % complete & I would call & it was nowhere close so I feel those texts were automated to appease customers where it just gave them false hope. I asked when they honestly felt it would be done & they didn't even respond

Job looked horrible when I arrived to get my truck and way longer than they said parts were suppose to be ordered before hand and be ready to be repaired

Certain parts look ok other areas job was not completed and tried to give me my truck back with lose parts in grill and with grill itself not properly installed

Was told to bring my truck in at a certain date they changed date last minute then when I arrived on day scheduled lady at desk said I was a day early, nobody called to tell me my truck was complete. very horrible communication
