Gentlemen: I’ve done business with Gates since 1972, & prior I accompanied my father/ grandfather to Gstes. The work was fine.. My vehicle should have been cleaned prior to its return to me. Example: -Warsaw Toyota provide a coupon to wash your vehicle on Hwy 30. -Elkhart GMC has a wash or did. -Jordan tried it/ did away with it?? Why I don’t know. -Place paper mats in the vehicle with the dealers name on them. -Yes all this cost but, service is golden! I pay Erie Insurance over others. They did a great job . Only reason I give it a 9 is I have to go back to get a license plate light cover installed that was on order. Not a big deal . But all in all it went well from start to finish.
