They did an excellent job. From the receptionist up front, to the sweet young lady who took care of calling me or texting me to keep me informed. Not to mention all the gentleman who worked on making my vehicle look perfect with all the hard work they done. A big thank you to all! I will highly recommend Gates of Granger!

After they did the estimate they failed to put it on the schedule even though the employee and I agreed that I wanted Gates to do the work. followed up later because I thought we were waiting on parts and discovered that the repair was never scheduled. Once it was scheduled the job was completed quickly and properly.

I like it. Close to where I live and everything seems to go smooth. It was the second accident repair I got done there.

Car was repaired exacrly on the time line they said. There was a miscommunication between a supervisor and a lower staff member making my quote appointment, so I wasn't expected at the time i was told to show up. But they still accommodated me and did the quote and got me on the schedule. I can't complain about a minor mistake when nothing on my end was really effected. The process was quick wnd painless. I have been going through a tough period with my mom passing away in March. So I am 1000% satisfied it all went smoothly. I needed something to go smooth for a change.
