The challenge with the time frame to actually get an appointment was very long. To make matters even worse was when the parts came in they were the wrong parts and no one checked to see until our car was already there. We had to pick the car up and begin the waiting process again.

I did ask about a chip on my hood and he said they would put paint on it since they were painting other parts of my car but he forgot to tell them. 😢 I will stop by an try to pick up touch up paint at sone point.

Truck had scratches on the front at pickup that were not there when we dropped it off and the work is incomplete because the left bedrail was supposed to be replaced but we are still waiting.
