I have white paint in the door jams that you can see like dust of it. There is dust all over my back and there is like white paint on the top of my car where the hood goes inside. I also have fingerprints of white paint on my glass thing where it shows the radio and everything and the map but I think I got that scratched off and there’s three drops of paint by the Drive thing not exactly sure what happened the gentleman there did try to get it off and I told him that I would try to see if I could order some of that stuff that I used to have and see if I could get it off, so it was kind of stressing. I haven’t got it off yet except for I think I got the mirror off 10 a certain way you can see it but not so much in the sunlight but other than that it’s kind of like out that it’s not in there right but he says that metal and plastic can’t go back together, right which I don’t understand because the car didn’t look like that when I bought it.

Customer service was OK. I mean they seem very nice. They’re attentive. They are training new people so it was a little confusing for them, but the people won and the other older gentleman. I do well but I don’t know what’s going on in the shop where they fix

I am totally satisfied with the quality of the repair of my Subaru after being hit by a deer. The work was completed in 1 week and I really appreciated the text progress updates. Customer service went above and beyond. While the car was there I requested them to check the brakes and the rear brakes were then repaired and the car was ready 24hrs later. Dennis was extremely professional, helpful and understanding! I will continue to use and refer to Gates of Granger in the future. Thank you.
