My car sits low and the splash guard came apart, It was rush hour and I had a long ride home. I could hear the splash guard dragging on the pavement as I drove, thinking there was no way I would make it close to home to find someone to fix it. Just then I looked to my left and there was Gateway Auto Services. I walked in and was greeted with a smile by Lexica, who took care of me right away. She was attentive, professional, and was able to give me an estimate and have the service crew fix my right away. The waiting area was clean and very comfortable. The owners came out to say hello and were warm and down to earth. I couldn't be happier with the treatment and service I was given. To top it off the price was extremely fair. I highly recommend Gateway Auto Services for your auto needs and I would personally take the trip even though I do not live nearby should I ever have a need. I'm a very happy customer!
