It depends on how soon as person need their vehicle back and what needs to be done. I told them what was wrong and they could have sent it to another shop to have it fixed before they submitted the paperwork to my insurance company. The man in the office, when I went to check on my car, told me he just finishing up my paperwork for it takes a week before they'll get paid. I guess they kept my car until the insurance company paid them.

Took over 30 days to get my car. The paint didn't match the color of my color although the paint itself was nice.

We have recommended this place for years! We’ve done business there, still own a Toyota Camry we bought from Mr. Gatewood. We did now until we brought our truck that the business changed hands. Mr. Gatewoods brother still worked there so we decided to let them do the work. Never again.

The panel replacement looks good. We have issues with reassembly of our bed cover that had to be removed and the dishonest owners.

We brought our truck for an estimate around the first week of January, owner said he would order all the parts, scheduled to begin work in two weeks. We dropped it off two weeks later, after almost four weeks of being told it’s almost done, the owner told my husband “it’s ready for paint, just waiting for a spot”. We ride by the shop and our truck had not been touched, still parked in the same spot. The owner admitted today he may have stretched the truth, stretched or not, dishonesty is dishonesty! When we were told the truck was ready, we saw the end cap was missing on our bed cover, employee said he just had it, he and the owners wife looked in the bed of the truck for the end piece. The owners wife showed pictures of the piece missing when we brought the truck in, to prove the piece was missing! Of course it’s missing, we brought in a wrecked truck, it was part of the repair. I guess due to their dishonesty they believe we are too. The missing piece was part of the damage on the truck.
