Would have been better to align Drop-off of vehicle set closer to work being started on vehicle to reduce customer stress with replacement cat rental, etc....otherwise work was outstanding and communication was very well done

There was an overspray of something on the windows that we had to scrub off. It wasn’t easy getting it off. Other than that the repair was satisfactory.

Repair is shoddy - hood shakes on the highway and and not lined up - truck was also damaged in new places and not repaired - repair also took an additional two weeks past original date they gave me - just kept adding more time and eventually gave me a more damaged truck back

My truck was badly damaged. Very little was done to fix it - the actual body work paid for is shoddy (hood does not line up and shakes). New damage on my passenger door frame was made and my back passenger door. - Looks like nail polish was used to try to cover up the damage Gult put on my truck

New Paint looks terrible, worker chipped paint above repair and left it. Left tape residue where masking, and didn't blend paint on top of vehicle as promised with estimate. Maybe have someone inspect work before it goes to customer?
