Everything turned out great. I wish I didn’t need to go through the extra cost and hassle of renting a car for the few hours that my car was in the shop, that is my only complaint. That cost me an extra $50 and I did not need the rental car.

With the exception of the delay in the part that was expected to come in I would always refer a friend to go there to get it fixed cuz they usually are very fast and very precise with their work.

Mixed understanding of the scope of the work, bolts missing nuts, and poor communication. Tried to re-engage to get corrected and got the “he is out on lunch and will call you back” response twice with no follow up. I’m guessing since I paid with the trust we can get it corrected it’s easy to just ignore it.
