Still in total disbelief that my power windows came to the shop working and now the passenger window isn't working and the way they talked it's not their fault so I'd be paying for it to be fixed. More and more I think about it I wish I went elsewhere. Didn't expect Gault to do this to me.

Collision part of the job fixed and looks as good as new. Truck came in with both power windows working and you worked on driver's side door and front fender but now passenger side window doesn't go down. They did look at it but pretty much said it's not their fault because the wiring on the passenger side doesn't look like how it came from factory. Just thinking about it no longer working makes me sick ~ I waited to get Truck fixed at Gault instead of going elsewhere. Makes me wish I went somewhere else. Plus my truck is filthy but window issue pisses me off. I'm livid just typing about it.

Expected better from the texts to the phone calls or lack of to the in person. Was in total shock when window couldn't be fixed.
