The customer service was OK. The truck was suppose to be detailed inside because of the dust from sanding. I specifically asked about that and Chris told me they detail all vehicles. They did not. Couldn't replace the decal because they said they couldn't find it so I am trying to figure this out. They had to remove the decal to fix the truck. I was very surprised that a body shop couldn't even come close to replacing the decal. Now I have one side with no decal.
