The entire staff at Gayan's is extremely cordial and helpful. They take care of you and your vehicle like you're family. All of their estimates are accurate. They deal with the insurance company, so you don't have to. They constantly send updates on the progress of the work being done. I don't live close to the shop, but I choose to take my vehicles to them, while driving past many shops on the way, because I know that me and my vehicle will be treated by professionals who take pride in what they do. People like that are hard to find these days. Whenever I take my vehicles there, or take advantage of their towing services, I know that when they're done, it is right the first time and I won't have to be returning because of additional problems. My vehicles always are returned to me fixed and looking like new. I highly recommend all of their services to anyone who may need them. If you are dealing with your Insurance company, make sure to tell them you would like to have your vehicle repaired at Gayans! It's bad enough that you may have been in an accident and are upset, just let the good people there take over and handle it from there. You will not be disappointed!

Truthfully, I rate Gayan's a 20, even though the scale is 1-10, as to the likelihood of me recommending the shop to a friend or family member. I like how the shop is located away from high traffic, walking into the office felt warm and inviting, and office staff were very pleasant.

I was thrilled about the exemplary quality of the repairs made to my vehicle. My car is 20 years old and Gayan's Auto Body shop made me smile when I saw my car when I came to pick it back up. As far as I am concerned the repairs made are miraculous and should I, or anyone I know, ever need any Auto Body work done, I highly recommend Gayan's Auto Body shop in Indian Head, MD.

I was completely satisfied with the customer service. I liked how I was notified by text messages daily as to the progress being made involving the repairs. After leaving my car, the owner of the shop, Mr. Gayan, drove me back to my residence. The moldings placed on my car are so impressive that I asked how much out of pocket expense would it personally cost me to have those same moldings placed on unaffected areas of my car that weren't damaged in the collision. The employees at Gayan's Auto Body shop agreed to check on that and get back to me. All in all, the personnel were friendly, courteous, respectful, and attentive to any concerns I might have had.
