Gayans body shop is awesome. The owner Jeff goes way beyond for Customer Service he was awesome made sure I was satisfied. Also his customer service laddies are so sweet LUCY AND JULIE AND A RED HEAD WAS AWESOME. WILL ALWAYS BRING MY CAR HERE HAVE DEER HIT ME 2022 AND ANOTHER ONE ON SEPTEMBER 2024 COULDNT OF BEEN .ANY BETTER. LOVE THAT BODY SHOP

We’ve been coming to Gayans for years. As a matter a fact since Jeff’s father was still running the business. I like bringing my business to Jeff, he’s very professional. This was the first time I was actually disappointed. The fact the work wasn’t completed as communicated and that no ine checked was frustrating.

I was called and told my vehicle was ready for pickup and that the work had been completed. I turned in my rental car and went to pickup my vehicle. When I got to Gayans I paid for my vehicle and then found out that work wasn’t completed. At that point I had no choice but to take delivery of the vehicle and bring it back to get the work completed. Someone needs to do a better job of quality control and verifying that the work is completed before calling the customers. This was very inconvenient having to coordinate a time to bring my vehicle back and schedule transportation from Gayans since the rental car was turned in.

We were referred by a family friend and we were not disappointed! The staff was extremely kind and professional. The car was ready in a timely manner cleaner than when it was dropped off. Amazing job and the cleaning was a huge plus. We will be back if we’re ever in need of mechanic or auto body service.

Gayan's was very helpful with my truck front bumper. Also got down to buiness in a timely manner. I was in out off there in and out in couple of hours. Everyone on the team was great and knowledgeable. The perfect service!
