I would never recommend this shop the delay of 29 days. I wondered if you had a sideline deal with Enterprise Car rental since you had the car 29 days. The car was conveniently completed the day before we had our 30 day rental expire. I am considering letting AAA know the situation and question if you should be carrying the AAA approval

I have had work done in the past at a different AAA shop and the project took 5 days. This project of similar repair took 1 day shy of 30 days. *** 29 days. I chose your shop based on the web page and I am absolutely disappointed with the time frame to complete the job. . It was my son 23 year old son i’m charge of keeping in contact with the shop and I wonder because he was young you kept putting him last. It was one excuse after excuse .

The repair seems okay after it was done, but it took almost a month to get done. They kept finding more and more problems, and they seemed to have some troubles getting the correct parts.
