Chis was the lead on fixing my car. He was extremely thorough during the initial inspection. After that any interaction I had at G and C Auto was very professional, efficient and full of care. Chris my advisor was wonderful. He was extremely thorough, polite and professional. I was very hesitant to let anyone touch my car. I have no previous experience and was left trusting the insurance of the person who hit me when they recommended this shop. I couldn’t be more please and glad that I was sent here. The amount of care and detail was immaculate. Very responsive and gave updates every step of the way during the repair process from the incredibly kind staff. When repairs were finished I was immediately surprised to find my car was not only washed but cleaned inside. I cannot thank G&C enough for the amazing work they have done. They have gained a forever customer. 12/10 service all around.

The completion date was delayed twice due to many vehicles being repaired, two technicians calling in sick, and a part breaking when it was being removed. Part had to be ordered.
