I was completely pleased with the way GNC collision handled the repairs to my car after my accident. They were professional from start to finish and kept me updated daily on the status of my vehicle. I had my front bumper repaired at G&C Auto Body in Chico and couldn’t be happier with the results. They did an amazing job—my truck looks better than ever! The work was completed on time, and their communication and customer service were excellent throughout the whole process. Highly recommend.

When I dropped the car off the only issue was a big dent in the liftgate. When I got the car back the dent was fixed, but the liftgate doesn't open, the rear wiper blade doesn't work, and my tail lights don't work anymore. Terrible work and an unacceptable lack of quality control from the shop's management to hand off a vehicle in this condition. The repair isn't completed and more work will have to be done.
