First time I went to ick up my car( 2018 Land Cruiser) There were pin holes and a lot of orange skin. And there were scratches on the hitch cover. It was all freshly painted and there’s no reason why there should be scratches. They insured me that is would be all fixed the next time it wasn’t. About another week later I go to look at the car and there still pin holes and bad orange skin. And they say that one of the sensors is not working and it was in the front. I told them that everything was working before the accent witch was a rear collision . They wanted me to take it to a dealer and pay to have it look at and then if they agree it was cause by the accident then they would repay me. I had a talk with the insurance company and they agreed to have it look at by the dealer. The dealer found that the censors were installed wrong. The third time I go back and there is still some pin holes and on the bottom under the side the some paint runs. And you can still see where they didn’t cut and buff the paint. It should look like a factory paint job it does not if you know what to look for you can tell where everything is. And the inside was covered in dust it dirtier then when I brought it there
