I was told that the repairs should take 4-5 business days. It took two weeks. Communications were horrible. Every time I asked for status I was given the same answer. When the car was ready I got a text that I would get a phone call. I didn’t receive a phone call and car sat overnight because I didn’t know. I paid for storage and additional rental car days.

I was told the car could be finished within a week. When it wasn't, and I told them I would be out of town and back in 2 weeks, I was told it be "definitely" be done by then. It wasn't done for another 2+ weeks.

My service representative, the claims supervisor Greg was extremely professional, polite, and completely resolved my issue with the previous unsatisfactory repairs that the prior auto body did. He contacted the new auto body shop and they repaired my car in a timely matter!
