Unauthorized Parts Replacement & Claim Delay Unauthorized Work: The body shop replaced the vehicle’s trailer hitch receiver with a lower-spec model without prior owner consent or authorization Current Status: The incorrect part needs to be replaced with the proper model; however, the claim has been stalled for two weeks while awaiting insurance approval.

I’m very disappointed with the service I received. Unfortunately, the quality of the work does not meet expectations. There are visible scratches on the passenger-side door bezel (the silver lining). Additionally, the tint applied to the new window already has scratches. Overall, the repairs appear rushed and poorly done. I expected a professional job, but instead received subpar workmanship. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
