I am extremely pleased with both the process and the quality of the repair. In addition the estimated timeline was met, not only that, but Brian Roddy, General Manager, took the time, when the shop was closed on Saturday to personally process the pick up of my car. This was above and beyond what was expected, plus I was able to leave my rental car there, saving me a couple of days rent. This for sure was an exceptional experience and my car looks beautiful!!! Thank you.
