I was very impressed with the quality of work, communication, timeliness and attention to detail. I am especially thankful to the auto body technician(s) that did an awesome job with the repairs and they were able to impeccably match the Dark Mahogany Pearl exterior paint on the rear bumpers. Look s just like new.

My vehicle was recently rear ended at a stoplight and I was referred to a few body shops including G&C Auto body and I'm so glad I went with them. From the minute I walked in to when I picked up my repaired vehicle the communication and customer service was exceptional. I was greeted by Emma at the front desk who assisted me with check in and introduced me to Alyssa Wegner the Service Writer/Estimator. Alyssa assessed the damage and was kind enough to email me the photos, provided me with a hard copy of the estimate and right away scheduled my Subaru 2025 Outback for repairs with a date/time that worked for me. It was the easiest and stress free process. They kept me updated via text messages and they were very responsive to my questions. I even received a text message from the General Manager Andrea Janski to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns. I dropped my vehicle off at 9:30am and was picking it up by 4:30pm the same day. I know this could vary depending on damage but I was very impressed with the quality of work, communication, timeliness and attention to detail.
