I took my car in for a little dent. Something that wasn’t that noticeable but since it wasn’t my fault and the at fault parties insurance was going to cover it I thought why not get it fixed, since it’s a brand new car. They told me it would be ready by a certain date. And it wasn’t. It was an inconvenience for me since I had a rental. They also washed my car twice and didn’t notice the over spray they left on the whole passenger side of my car. I sent them pictures of it and they said they would fix it. I took it in. It looked fixed. They forgot to put in my emblem and had me going back in again. I then finally washed my car. And the over pray was still there on one side! It was only showing now when car was wet. I texted them about this issues on Tuesday and it is now the following Monday and no response. I went in for a little dent and came out with over spray all over my passenger side which to me looked so much worse than the little dent. If they have “professionals” washing these cars and working on them and they didn’t notice this overspray. How was I able to see it and address the issue? They were apologetic about it but it was frustrating having to go back multiple times, them telling me they cleaned my car and washed it again, only for me to still find part of the overspray still on my car weeks later.

Got the job done really fast and they took care of me very well. I like how they reassured me during the whole process (it’s my first time being in a car accident). There was a nice lady who offered to drive me to the car rental as well, shoutout to her. However, my seal on my door isn’t right. I hear wind while driving. And when it came time to pick up my car, scheduling was hard. I had to use 2 hours of sick time to receive my car because I was told the insurance companies are strict on holding the cars at the body shop. Other than those two things, I’d say I was taken care of pretty well.

G and C Auto Body was so kind, professional, and went above and beyond for me. They were honest and did what they said they were going to do. They worked well with Enterprise and made it so easy for my rental car experience also. My car was back when they said it would be. They washed and vacuumed my car also! I have already recommended a friend to them.

Body repair was timely and well done. Unfortunately they released the vehicle to me without thoroughly inspecting and calibrating steering causing the car to repeatedly brake abruptly creating a safety problem. The car was towed back in for additional repair.
