Body repair was timely and well done. Unfortunately they released the vehicle to me without thoroughly inspecting and calibrating steering causing the car to repeatedly brake abruptly creating a safety problem. The car was towed back in for additional repair.

None They called to get the truck to the shop every day but once they got it, there was minimal contact as promised

The receptionist was not friendly. I went to drop off my truck she looked at as a I was stupid. She did not know I was a customer but rather I was dropping of parts aka stereotype. I went back to get a molding they forgot to put one and the receptionist asked if I had an appointment and I said her manager can out to assist me. I went at. 530 as asked and the the truck as stated instead of and the truck was not completed. The tonneau cover locks were broken and do not They stated it did not lock because they were old
