Poor workmanship, lack of cleanliness

The door was repaired after 2 corrections. However the the overspray in the door jam, all the wet sanding dust and 2 door chips in the front passenger door that weren’t previously there is quite disappointing. When picking up the vehicle, we were told someone would call us the next day and we haven’t heard from anyone.

It’s my second time going to this shop and all I can say is that the service is amazing! The communication is fantastic, I got updates about the status of my car at least twice a week from Johnny. The repairs were done well and fast. I loved that they even washed my car for me! Honestly I think they even cleaned the inside because it smelled like a whole new car. They’ve 100% earned my trust with my car and I would come back if there’s any issues with my car.

When I originally talked to the man at the Marysville G&C, he said that the whole Hood would have to be replaced because it was pinched on the right side corner. When I got my car back, I could see a previous Rock damage on the hood so I know that it wasn't replaced fully. Other than that it's all great
