I would've rated a 10 but my battery was totally discharged, by the time I got home, the car would not restart. I'm glad I tested it first before handing it to my wife to go to work, otherwise she would have been stuck somewhere later, so she had to drive our suv to work. I had to do an overnight charge on the battery. Tim was great, but my suggestion is next time make sure the car is ready for pick-up. If the battery was found to be drained and needs to recharge I would've not picked it up that morning and not returned the rental yet. Overall the paint looked great very close to the original finish. thank you
