The works seemed good in the end, but had lots of changes of dates with different reasons given with the ultimate repair date coming three weeks after the original date. Between them changing appointments and me calling them to figure out what was going on, we probably had 7 texts or phone calls. The last couple of days before the final appointment, I called them but didn't hear back. It wasn't until I reached out to CSAA again to ask what to do that I finally got an appointment with them and brought my car in.

Not happy with bumper still out of shape on upper right corner, needs new bumper.

Should have offered a car wash at a later time due to construction outside. Should have shown work before signing to accept, was not happy with the bumper sticking out after the repair work, this photographed prior to the work being done.
