Great service. Got a ride directly from the shop to Enterprise. Thought I’d have to drive a rental for a couple days but service was complete the next day. All employees were friendly and a process I thought would be stressful went super smoothly. Felt taken care of.

The entire process was seamless! Repairs done in one day and they did an excellent job. My car was returned washed and vacuumed, too. Definitely a great experience!

With a heads up of how they communicate. As a suggestion to them on procedures when dealing with a couple, as in our case, is to designate a point person and not both to avoid duplicity of effort on both sides

Overall everything went very well. My car was repaired as needed and ahead of time. Everyone there was very polite and pleasant. Here was my main observation. All of the staff was very young, not a problem. What I found odd was that communicating with EACH OTHER was poor. The front of house didn't blend well with the back. The other weird thing was being texted documents while I'm right there in front of them. I'm old and I get the generational technical gap but there is nothing old fashioned about communicating clearly with your co workers.

It took a while to get the car back. There was a lot of waiting and then we had to call our insurance to confirm the delivery date.

When I picked G and C Fremont (central) as the shop that will fix the damages of my car, I didn’t know what the experience will be? In the beginning it had its challenges because I didn’t get my car the way I wanted it to be. Eric who worked with me was so helpful in communication and making sure that when I got my car the second time around, that I was pleased with all that needed to be fixed at the end.
