Walk into a G&C Auto Body location and you might be forgiven for thinking that you’ve just entered a swanky hotel lobby or cruise company lounge. The massive wooden counters, nice carpets, tasteful lighting and well dressed employees might surprise you at first, but it’s all part of the G&C Auto Body experience, which is carefully crafted to make you feel welcomed and at ease. “When someone walks into one of my shops I want them to understand that I plan on being in business for a long time,” Owner Gene Crozat says, “I’m fussy about everything.” The waiting areas even include gourmet coffee, pastries, sodas and a fridge filled with chilled bottles of water. I was very satisfied with the logistics of arranging the repair of my vehicle . A part had to be ordered and then had to be painted. With my wife working I dropped the car at the shop and got the shuttle back to my house; (I was prepared to take an Uber). After the work was done, G&C picked me up so I could get my car. This process helped immensely. Kevin's standard of color matching delayed the pickup a little, but as a customer I appreciated that he saw something that he felt could be better and he kept the car 1 more night. I appreciated his diligence as it is always better to get it right the first time. I would definitely select This shop again for further repairs (although I hope not too soon).
