Dear Deer, You ran out from where? I’m sorry but we collided. I hope you weren’t hurt as bad as my truck. You ran off so I couldn’t check. But you left a moment behind. How kind of you. You also bend and broke so much more of the right front of my 04’ Silverado that I love so dearly. But Chilton came to the rescue. They fixed her up and didn’t gouge me like you did. Now my truck looks better than before. People even think I bought a new truck. So, I guess I should thank you for breaking my truck and leaving the evidence behind. So furry of you. Did I mention that Chilton even cleaned the inside of my truck. It looks better than new. Thank you .

We got our estimate back in Aug 25’. But life happens. My car died and I needed to use the truck until we bought a new truck to use. It took for-ever to find the perfect new-to-us used Silverado. But we did. It only took 13 months. They honored the original estimate. I was prepared to pay more. They were very kind. They even rewalked the estimate and added, and adjusted, some things to make the repairs make sense. And didn’t make me feel like I was being a bother to them.
