The team works very fast, and communicates promptly. When my car was damaged I felt anxious and irritated I would have to deal with the logistics of getting my car repaired but the team at Chilton made the process very easy and worry free for me by coordinating with the insurance company and the rental company. Victoria was very helpful and kind as was another man (I can’t remember his name) but when I was scheduling a pick up for my car he was very considerate and accommodating for my situation. Not only was my car repaired but I noticed afterward how clean it was. Car looks better now than it did before the accident. I’ll definitely be recommending this shop to my family and friends.

Victoria was awesome, she was always prompt with communicating with me and did a great job coordinating on my behalf with the insurance and rental company. When I scheduled my pickup a man (I forgot his name) was also very helpful and accommodating of my situation. They really took the stress away from me in a stressful situation. Great team over at chilton, can’t recommend them enough!
