Walk into a G&C Auto Body location and you might be forgiven for thinking that you’ve just entered a swanky hotel lobby or cruise company lounge. The massive wooden counters, nice carpets, tasteful lighting and well dressed employees might surprise you at first, but it’s all part of the G&C Auto Body experience, which is carefully crafted to make you feel welcomed and at ease. “When someone walks into one of my shops I want them to understand that I plan on being in business for a long time,” Owner Gene Crozat says, “I’m fussy about everything.” The waiting areas even include gourmet coffee, pastries, sodas and a fridge filled with chilled bottles of water. Again, I am so disappointed based on the work on my bumper and fenders two years ago this is exactly why when given the choice of body shots we came to this location. We originally started at the Santa Rosa location. I told my wife this one they are just down the road. They did a phenomenal job and then this is absolutely the worst job ever. I literally could’ve done it better myself at home in the garage.

The worst job ever. Nothing is lined up properly. The paint is already peeling after two days. We are coming in this morning. Very disappointed I had brought my bumper and fenders to get paint matched. This was two years ago. The job was phenomenal. This job if I could give a negative rating I would. Furthermore, we were picking up the vehicle at the end of day in the dark. I hope that was not purposeful so we would not see the disgusting work Looks like a poor wrap job on top of poor construction so bad to the point we looked at trading the vehicle in the next morning.
